A courier must cross a small grid in the minimum allowed time. One tile is blocked, and two boundary tiles charge different entry tolls. The archive retained the competing reconstructions in separate packets. Rebuild their custody events, identify the proposal supported by the analytical records, then name that packet’s recorded handler. The packet events form a separate ordered register; do not substitute a calculated clock time for a review-slot label.

Entering (2,0) costs 5 credits; entering (0,2) costs 2. Every other tile is free. Each entry incurs its toll. Start has no charge.
